Audit And Assurance
This Office is regulated by the Accountancy Profession Act - Act XXVIII of 1979. By virtue of the Act, as amended, this Office undergoes regular Quality and Assurance visits and examination. The provision of accountancy and audit services is therefore certified as Quality and Assurance compliant by the Quality and Assurance Unit of the Accountancy Board in Malta. The Q & A's last visit was performed in July 2008.
Our Audit methodology follows standard UK practice, is in accordance with international standards and is conducive to reflect Maltese legislation and practice. All audit and assurance assignments including naturally all financial year end statutory audits for all companies registered in Malta are managed in the most professional and internationally recognized standards. Furthermore, this Office prides itself on more than 20 years professional experience in the field. In accordance with legislation it is also covered by the relative Professional Indemnity Insurance policy.
Apart from regulatory audit compliance and reporting assignments, this Office performs also Value Added Audits. We also advise on a wide range of issues as well as provide management plans for revenue and cost control purposes. Our fundamental considerations remain those of high professional standards plus reliable and fast service.
We are also in the "business" of providing professional opinions and reviews as well as of formulating strategic or tactical plans both in case of financial pro-action or reaction. This Office is also very active on a multitude of Due Diligence exercises both locally and abroad which have therefore created a vast reserve of experience to handle such assignments with the best attitude required.
